Dance Classes:

Our dance school offers an extensive range of dance classes for children from 6 Months-16 years old, including Ballet, Tap, Modern, Street Dance, and Lyrical. We also offer Competition Teams, Shows, Events, Exams, and Medal Tests, all of which are optional extras. Our Classes and events are all led by our team of fully qualified and experienced teachers. Whether your Child is a beginner or an experienced dancer, we have the perfect class to suit their needs!

What Classes Do We Recomend?

With so much on offer we get asked this question frequently and the truth is that all children are different so there is no way to truly know which class your child will love most until they try, AND sometimes they may surprise you and enjoy a class you didn't expect them to so don't rule anything out! Just because they are energetic and full of beans doesn't mean they won't enjoy ballet in the same way that sometimes shyer children may enjoy getting their groove on in Street Dance. Here at imagine you can try as many classes as you like!

Does your child just want to dance for fun?

In this case any of our classes would be suitable for them because any opportunities we offer are optional extras, why not give one of our popular combo classes a try if your little one is under 8 OR one of our Beginner Street or Lyrical Classes?

Is your Child Interested in Competing?

In this case we would recommend your child takes more than one class each week including Ballet which forms an important foundation for all other dance styles- most of our competitive dancers are on our Silver or Gold Class pass taking 6+ classes each week (combo classes count as 3!) they can begin to compete from as young as 4 if they want to. We would also recommend taking a flexibility or gymnastics class and Private lessons if your child wishes to do Solos.

Does your child want a Career in Dance?

Perhaps your dancer has expressed an interest in performing on stage, being a backing dancer at gigs or even becoming a dance teacher themselves? In this instance it's very important that they take Ballet, Tap, and Modern classes as a minimum AND participate in all of their dance exams and shows. The more classes they take the broader their experience and knowledge will be and the more likely they will be accepted into a dance course in college. Now the good news is that they do not have to decide right away- if they are attending our classes for fun and participating in their exams which are very friendly and fun the option will be open to them if they do decide they would be interested in the future!
